Data Processing Agreement (DPA) We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the provider mentioned above. This is part of the provider's General Terms and Conditions (GTC), to which we have agreed. This ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

3. COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

a) When visiting the website When calling up our website, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser used on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file:

This data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation) or Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).

c) Newsletter (Brevo) If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your e-mail address. Distribution is carried out via Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). Our newsletters contain so-called tracking pixels (web beacons), which recognize whether and when an e-mail was opened and which links were clicked. This serves the technical improvement and optimization of our content. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
