Nevertheless, we consciously choose a conservative approach for our remuneration. We define the volume to be secured at only 3 times the annual gross salary. This factor covers the immediate operational costs (vacancy, severance, search costs) and forms the hard lower limit of the risk.
The Calculation Basis: Our fee is a fixed audit premium of 5% on this conservatively calculated risk volume.
The Formula:
