Two products. One Philosophy.

I. Leadership Intelligence

Evidence-based assessment of existing candidates or decision options. It is used in final rounds of external search processes, internal promotions, succession decisions or M&A situations. This service operates independently of any search mandate and stands as a standalone decision basis.

    Service: Company risk and pre-selection validation, including a structured action recommendation.

  2. Core

    €7,500 | Result within 48 hours

    Service: In-depth viability assessment including detailed context analysis and impact evaluation.

  3. Select

    €15,000 | Result within 48 hours

    Service: Comprehensive decision and impact prognosis including long-term stability profiling and a 36-month outlook.

  4. Units

    €25,000 | Result upon full completion

    Service: Analysis of existing or newly assembled team structures, including interaction and governance assessment.

BPFS serves as decision support, not as a replacement for entrepreneurial responsibility. Liability is limited to the respective module fee.

II. Strategic Executive Search

Executive Search, integrated with BPFS

No candidate reaches your shortlist without a prior BPFS analysis. The goal is not solely to fill the position, but to provide a reliable assessment of future performance, stability, and impact within your specific organizational system.

Fee
  • 20% of annual base salary (excl. variable components) for the Strategic Executive Search

  • Plus your chosen analysis module: Core +€7,500 / Select + €15,000

  • Recommendation: Core from Mid-Management, Select from Senior Management/C-Suite.

Billing
  • 90% across the process, at three milestones (1/3 each at mandate confirmation, shortlist presentation, contract signing)

  • 10% as a performance fee after 12 months of uninterrupted retention - Skin in the Game.

Each mandate is unique, with a specific risk profile. We do not work with "floating fees," but rather with agreed fixed prices that guarantee our independence.

III. Succession Risk Advisory

For complex transition and succession situations

Support for founder transitions, partnership structures, and sensitive governance situations.
The focus: analyzimg potential friction points between existing and future leadership characteristics, and identifying behavioral risks early in the transition process.

Fee: Project-based fixed price following an individual mandate analysis.

VI. Insight

Investing in an AM process is not merely an operational expense; it is a strategic risk premium. Economic studies estimate the actual cost of a top-management mis-hire - stemming from strategic errors, reputational damage, and opportunity costs - at 10 to 15 times the annual salary.

Nevertheless, we deliberately adopt a conservative approach to our fee structure. We base the value to be safeguarded on just three times the gross annual salary. This factor covers direct business costs (vacancy, severance, and search expenses) and represents the absolute minimum risk threshold.

Our validation process identifies decision-makers whose operational logic does more than just manage a system—it consistently develops it. The economic leverage of this precise fit lays the foundation for an ROI that often pays for the fee within the first quarter alone through operational momentum.

IV. THE BPFS PROCESS:

CERTAINTY WITHIN 48 HOURS
1. Mandate & Calibration

Defining the strategically required framework for action and assessing the "Cultural Load Factor." We precisely calibrate the HDD against specific pressures—your strategy, as well as the macroeconomic and political environment in which the individual must operate.

2. Validation

Execution of the BPFS® process. This takes place digitally and remotely, without disrupting day-to-day operations or the candidate experience.

3. Conclusion

Delivery of forensic evidence accompanied by a clear methodological recommendation. This offers not a subjective interpretation, but a robust, data-driven forecast of future behavioral stability.

Analytical rigor without loss of time

Our Risk-Alignment Commitment

The performance fee only becomes due if the employment relationship remains active and uninterrupted after twelve months. Should a person evaluated through Core or Select, or placed through a search mandate, leave the organization within this period, we take on the risk assessment of a successor candidate at no additional fee.
